TrueGuard Home Watch Services is a husband-and-wife-run company. Kaitlyn was born and raised in Naples, Florida, while Brandon grew up in Ohio. We met in Jacksonville, Florida, and after getting married and welcoming our first son, we felt called to return to Southwest Florida to raise our family. Today, we are proud parents of three boys and have lived in the Bonita Springs area for over 10 years, developing deep roots and a strong familiarity with the local community.

Kaitlyn has a background as a high school English teacher, where she taught for four years before choosing to stay home with her son. Over the past five years, she has built a successful career as a professional cleaner, specializing in Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, while also gaining valuable experience in property management.

Brandon spent five years working with Kinetico Water Systems, where he developed extensive knowledge in plumbing and water systems. He has since continued his work as a water specialist, particularly with koi ponds. He also provides dependable handyman services to additional clients.

Together, we share a genuine heart for serving others. Our combined skills, experience, and passion for helping homeowners have led us to start our home watch business — a service that truly reflects our strengths and values.

Our long-standing local roots allow us to quickly recognize potential issues and coordinate with trusted, reliable vendors when needed.
